Our technical adviser will visit your home at a convenient time to discuss your requirements, and any concerns or special requests you may have, and to outline the basics of the process we’ll be undertaking.
A comprehensive survey will then be completed, after which we’ll be able to advise you – there and then – of the most suitable products.
We believe in keeping things simple. Your free, no-obligation quote will be prepared and sent to you the same day. We prefer to do this by email to reduce our carbon footprint, but it can be posted if necessary.

Upon arrival, our engineer will introduce himself, then lay dustsheets and protective covers where necessary before work starts.
The duration of your boiler installation depends on the work being undertaken, but in general, boiler exchanges are completed and commissioned within one day, and average sized heating systems in two to three days.
Our adviser will give you an accurate estimate at the time of survey, and our engineer will be able to confirm this before starting the work – just ask.
Immediately following installation and commissioning, our engineer will set up and explain the operation of the new boiler controls together with the operation of any other new controls fitted. Once fully satisfied that you are comfortable with the information and understand everything, our engineer will leave you with the installation pack containing all the necessary manuals.
We only use boiler manufacturers that are proven industry leaders, so apart from routine servicing, the chances of you needing us after installation are extremely unlikely.
However, if something should go wrong, you can relax in the knowledge that your new boiler is backed by a written guarantee (up to 10 years on selected models).
